ATS Service/ Maintenance
Maintenance of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) components is essential as a properly maintained ATS will prevent outages and expensive repairs down the line. Our technicians will make sure each component of your ATS is operating as intended.
CHP (Combined Heat/Power)
Combined Heat and Power (CHP) is an efficient and clean way of generating electric power and thermal energy from a single fuel source. The engine drives the generator, producing electricity, and the residual heat created during this process is recaptured and turned into useful heat.
Regular and qualified service and maintenance of your CHP will reduce down time and ensure smooth operation of your heat and power source.
Controller (Retro Fits, Replacement, Commission)
Controllers are essential components to your generator. If your controller has failed, or out-dated and replacement parts are not available, All Power Ontario can retro fit and/or upgrade all generators makes to keep things running smoothly.
All Power Ontario can also install and upgrade controllers and voltage regulators. We also provide services in paralleling multiple generators.
Diesel and Gaseous Engine Emissions Services (SCR)
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is an advanced active emissions control technology system that injects a liquid-reductant agent through a special catalyst into the exhaust stream of a diesel engine.
SCR service is recommended because there are critical parts that require replacement before they fail. Emissions testing should be done on a regular basis to optimize emissions output.
Electrical Infrared
With Electrical Infrared screening we are now able to predict an electrical fault before the element fails completely.
All Power Ontario uses infrared screening and pictures to provide predictive maintenance fault finding and customers with an easy-to-follow report summarizing the findings so that technicians can rectify potential issues before a breakdown occurs, preventing down time on electrical components of your generator.
Fuel Systems
Generator fuel leaks are a common problem, and one of the most frequent reasons customers contact us for generator repair service. Any fuel leak should be promptly inspected and repaired. Failing to do so can create considerable hazards that include the risk of fire, explosion, and toxic exposure.
We, at All Power Ontario, can help you identify the fuel leaks, their cause, and provide reliable and efficient repair so that you can limit downtime and keep your generator working for you.
High Voltage
Low and High Voltage (up to 15kV) resistive load banks for testing and maintaining small and large generators and other AC power systems.
Small and Large Engine Repair
It doesn’t matter what size of engine you have, small single cylinder or a large 20 cylinder, diesel or gaseous, All Power Ontario can service repair, rebuild, and replace to keep your generator running efficiently.
Switchgear
It is recommended that every year all of the circuit breakers, disconnect points, and switches be manually worked and tested to make sure they are functioning smoothly and not cause an unexpected fault. We provide annual test procedures to inspect all circuit breakers, disconnects, and switches.
